So I had another sort of temporary build thread but now focus has shifted and I will be making this car THE lowest E36. I purchased the car summer of 2011 and it was a decent platform to start with with a few minor blemishes.
After driving it for a few months, I decided to get new tires and raise it for the upcoming SLC winter. Driving it like a monster truck for a few months made me want to go crazy with this car...
So I got some smaller tires up front and spun the coils back down again but a bit lower than before so that I could stand driving it again.
After driving like this for a few weeks, I wanted more low, but could barely get in my driveway as is. I decided to part out my MK4 and focus on making this the lowest E36 I have ever seen, so I took the bags off the Jetta with hopes of installing them on the E36.
After a bit of cutting, welding and fitting, I got the fronts done but still need to finish the rears.
After finishing the rears (hopefully this weekend), I plan to finish my wheels and get them on within a few weeks.
That's about it for now, but just expect more low as the updates come in.
