Default Bagged E30 - A father son story - Now S52 swap

The Story:

Well, Ill go ahead and begin this build thread. In 87, my Dad was out of school, and bought his 1987 BMW 325is. Drove it off the lot. He drove it forever, and this was the car I was brought home from the hospital in. The car has tremendous sentimental value to him, and to me as well. He drove it everyday until he finally put it away in storage in 2001, and it sat there.

When I turned 16 in 2009, he let me drive it as I got on my feet beginning to work/save for my own car. I drove the car until I was 17, and purchased my own first car. We pulled it out of storage, 125k original miles, all driven by him. The cleanest E30 you will find around, because my dad is EXTREMELY anal about his cars and always has been. Not a spot of rust, original paint, original everything. I began to get into cars when I was around 14. Working on my dads Vettes with him, I loved it. So when I got the E30, the first thing I wanted to do was lower it. We went with the IEStage3 springs/Bilstein setup. I then did some minor things here and there, tucked the bumpers, some lamin-x, MHW smoked turn signals, all red tails, late model front valence/IS lip etc. Then, we purchased a set of Beyern Mesh wheels, which at the time I thought were nice wheels, but they werent very aggressive. I drove the car and then it went back into storage when I turned 17 as I bought my first car, an 04 EP3. I drove that, sold it and bought a Forester, which is when I started to follow the stance movement. Put it on coils and a set of aggressive Varrstoens. Sold that, bought a WRX, once again ran coils/18x9.5 wheels.

Recently I brought up the question to my dad of bringing the E30 out and giving it a bit of a makeover. So I traded the WRX for an EK 4 door which is now my daily, and I have some cash now to work on the E30.

So, now the car is out of storage and things should begin tomorrow.

The setup is a basic Airlift Universal Bellow Strut in the front, Air house II's in the rear, Manual valves, and a single Viair 400C.

Wheels will be 16x9 RS reps because I'm completely out of money with paying for school and the air setup. Plans are to build some rs's this summer.

And the car itself:

Will be updating tomorrow!

The guys at bag riders reccomended the bellow style over the sleeve style bag basically because overall its a better design and will perform better. After they did the research to make sure the stroke and everything was identical to the sleeve bag, they told me it would be a better option.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I actually broke my wrist last night which sucks but I'll still be working on it. Hopefully I have some updates today.
