Hi everybody and a happy new year!
I decided to sell my E36 sedan after it looked like I ever wanted it to look like.
The turbine covers and the rare Hartge wing stayed with me though.
My dream was an E24, but while the prices for good ones overran my budget, I laid my eyes on E34s.
I found a 535i with a well-filled interior and went on tour with my dad to pick it up.
It was clear from the outset that because of the low-price it needed some work, but the extras were just good enough that we also could have salvaged it out if the work was too much.
But the body was in good condition. A little bit of welding was needed and the paint wasn't that good, but definitely okay.
I startet collecting the parts for the build I already saw in my head.
Luckily I already bought some wheels even before I sold the E36.
Some E31 spec Alpinas: 9x18 +12 and 10.5x18 +20
I instanly bought some protection for the oilpan, which is sadly the lowest point of the M30B35.
I collected the M-Tech package all around and took it to the paintshop.
I ordered some shortened K-Sport coilovers
Wheels finished:
Found a Nardi Classic steering wheel
I also bought a red Hella Heckblende and red varnished taillights and blacked/dark headlights and US sidemarkers.
It took me a few adjustments to find my favorite height for the daily use.
And that's how it sits now.
The latest shots ChrisCheliosMedia took last sunday in Frankfurt Main City.

The latest thing I bought is an M-Tech 1 rear spoiler of an E30.
I'll keep you updated.
Hope you like it.
