  • Kid from Australia.

    Hey guys,
My name is lance, and I am from South-east Queensland, Australia.
    I currently drive a 1998 BMW 318is E36, Which is un-stanced.
My main reason for joining this forum is because, I have always had an interest in this sort of lifestyle and way of modifying, and I thought, what better place to start my journey into the Modifying car scene, than to join a Forum of interest and with cars that I actually like. I've got alot of questions and I hope that most of you will be able to help me out. After all I'd rather have a car that looks classy and on decent wheels, than a car with horrible body 'mods' and fancy stickers.

    Thanks

    Lance.

P.S. I am not a photographer so the pictures are fairly rookie and rough.
Im not sure if the pictures come up to big :/

My main plans will be to atleast get it lower than it currently is. In the near future get some wheels, but for now run it on the current M series wheels that are on it. I'm still two sided as to whether I should Bag it or run it static, Crappy roads is my main downfall oh and the law :/

Been a while since I have been in this thread, Anyway here is a list of whats coming up and what has been done already:
-Exhaust (Straight through, Muffler Delete): Check
            -De-tint windows: Check
            Mods to come:
-Coilovers (in the process of gaining money to buy them)
-A Clean up of paint ( A few delaminating spots i need to re spray)
-Wheel refurb or New wheels ( refurb as I love my current wheels or new wheels as I want a bit of dish up on it, Undecided)
-Interior swap out of a 92 323i E36 (Once I have money after lows to find donor car)
-General Maintainence (Full service all filters etc)
-Fabricating skid plate (for my oil pans protection)
and other little things im sorting out with her, shes going to come along way, but it will be for the best. Hopefully when i have a bit more money in my hands I can get her sitting low, Tweak camber, space wheels if need be etc etc. Just so I can fit in.

I basically have one aim for my E36. I want it to captivate some of the otherwise known "trends" and fuse it with pure class and OEM+ goodness, But at the same time still have it Loud and Low.

Im defineatly keen to get it to how I want it.

            Thanks
