  • Yokohama S.Drive - How well do they stretch?

    First off, I searched and have came up empty.

    So, who has stretched them? Pictures please!!!!!

    Please post tire size and wheel size.

    -16x8 Sportmax/ XXR 501 wheels et15 4x100
    -Yokohama S.Drive tires 195/45/16 (with some stretch)



    245.35.18 on a 10.5 TE37
    Yokohama S.Drive's run a lil wider than say Falkens. Tried them out on my old s13.

      From what I can see they stretch pretty well. I also found 5-6 examples on Tyrestretch.com

        not really, a comparable falken 452 or 512 or a fuzion would stretch more than that.

                  this is stretch




                  18x9.5 et34 with a 205/40/18 yoko sdrive
                  18x11 et29 with a 225/40/18 yoko sdrive

                    im on my way to buying new lips for my bbs' to extend them to 15x8 with 205 S. drives, looks like it'll be minimal stretching, thanks!

                      16x8 with 195/45/16.

                      I've got 195/40/16 now but no decent pictures, will try and get some soon.

                      They pretty good, i wore them down to the coord when the my toe was super out and they didn't blow.

                      Not sure what PSI to run them at, but they been pretty good tyre for stretch so far.

                        I stretched a 215/40-16 onto a 16x9 and it stretched pretty well. Definitely happy with the tires.

                            Here are my 16x7/16x8 RSs with my 195/40/16 tires (not yet mounted), I'm hoping for the best





                            Srsly though I did a bit of research and the tire seems to do just fine. Do it!
