Default My '05 Mazdaspeed Miata tucking tire.

Ok, so here's a few snaps of how it sits currently. I have 20mm spacers and extended studs for it, but I wasn't able to install the extended studs and spacers because I didn't realize the knurl diamaters on the wheels studs are different on the front and back, and thus I need to order some new front studs through ARP (the rear studs provided with my Ichiba spacers are the correct size so I just have to re-order the fronts). So once I get the new studs i'm going to throw the spacers on and bring it up .25"-.5" or so. Right now it bottoms out on even the slightest bump/divet on the highway (coilovers are set on 12 out of 16), so i'd much rather roll flush than how it is now tucking with the frame an inch from the ground.

I'll get some better pics tomorrow of how close the frame is to the ground.

Thanks for looking

Thanks everyone. The springs have begun to settle so i'll dial it in a bit better over the weekend. But once the 20mm spacers go on it'll look a hell of alot better, but won't be this low. Kind of a trade off......but I prefer aggressive fitment over laying frame.....lol.

Stance GR+

Both the fronts and rears still have alot of thread left. We cranked them full low just for shits and giggles and I couldn't back my car out of the shop because it would just bottom out and get stuck. With the coilovers full low the subframe literally sat on the ground

Also, I removed the perches on the rear and just kept the spring seat. With the perches on it wasn't anywhere near low enough, so bare that in mind when you do coilovers so you don't have to do what I did and install the rears twice.....lol.

Thanks dude!

Yeah once I mount the spacers and get a roll bar I think it will look immensely better.

Why are you gonna raise it up to space it out? Its plenty tall enough to be flush.

Just a quarter inch or so. I've done all the measurements already.

love the color against the black wheels. The drop is proper, but I'm looking forward to see it with those spacers. Me thinks it will be even more hotness than it allready is.

Nope. Hardtops look better without a doubt, but I prefer a soft top. Roll bar is next after the spacers

Yeah I was originally going to get these same wheels in gold/polished lip, but my roomate talked me into the matte black ones, and I'm glad he did!

Word, for reps they look pretty fantastic. Those wheels are cheap as shit too...they temporary or permanent?
