How to shave tire sidewalls?

Recently threw on my wheels and I've been rubbinggg. Got some camber added in now so no more rubbing but the sidewalls on my tires look like crap. Even after I put tire dressing on them.
Any way I can shave the sidewall down just to blend in the rub marks? I've seen tires shaved down to get tire decals thrown on, but Im not trying to go that far. Just erase the top layer really.
