1968 Typ114 - 2.0, 5speed swap

Today just a short introduction

My name is Kamil and here's my new project the 1968 BMW 2002, that I have always dreamed of.
It needs lots of love, but it will be worth it, I think.

I want the car to be a daily driver, it has to look good on the outside but.. at the same time.. you know :P

The car was a 1602 but with the car came the 2.0 engine from 2002, which is restored and tuned, which is great.
I have a 5-speed from E30 as an upgrade for the 4-speed.
I have new suspension with Bilstein dampers installed.
Couple more mods are comming, I'll keep you posted.

I started working on some paintjob ideas, let me know what you think

It's a 1968 Type 114.
On the outside it looks a bit abandoned but it all can be fixed.
On the inside, that's a whole other story, there's a rebuid and tuned 2.0 engine with new Weber carburetors, I have a 5-speed Getrag transmission from E30, new brakes and new suspension with Bilstein dampers.

Anybody used that transmission in this car?

Correction, those are Solex carburetors

And we are off to the shop
I hope to see some results soon. The first thing to do is connecting the 2.0 with the 5speed transmission. Hope that goes flawless.
