New - 19"x3.5" reverse lip outer barrel 40 hole

I have a brand new polished 3.5" wide 19" reverse lip outer barrel for sale.

These are drilled to match the American Standard and didnt fit my JDM wheel without modification to the center (which I didnt want to do). The center bore was machined about 1.5mm too big.
