lowering noob

Hi, I'm 21 and live in London.
I own a 2004 Daihatsu sirion 4trak. This is my first car and only had it for a year.
I had planned to lower it on bags, but all the kits in my price range are in the us.
So I've decided to put that plan on hold and slap some coil overs and alloys and lower it as far as it can go and service it. Swap out some worn parts and fix some other things.

I've found two kits so far.

To be honest i would buy the BC coilovers. They are extremely reputable and are the go-to brand for most people. I'm rocking BC's myself on my subie.
