Getting a tad bit nervous...

Bought and paid for two sets of wheels on 7/28 and waited a week because I didn't get any updates or anything.

Seems to be on the up but I don't want to take any chances.

I think I only have up to 30 days to make a claim with PayPal and want to make sure I don't miss my window if I have to do so.

Can anyone vouch for him?
