Rare set of Tom's Spirit C3. They were originally 15", now converted to 17" with custom step lips and barrels. Centers were machined for 3 piece conversion and m7 hardware. New gold hardware, 24k gold plated hex nuts, polished lips and candy white centers. new hidden metal valve stems. All new parts, no expenses spared.

Oops, that's what I meant. Technically it can be 15" regular or 16" step, but yes they were 15 when purchased. Thanks homie
