2002 VW Golf
Blue exterior, 2.0 engine and 5 speed manual trans
The good:
Runs great
Clean title
Straight body
Clutch/brakes/air sensor were all recently replaced (I have receipts of the repairs totaling over $2,000 dollars within the past year which I will provide to the buyer).
The bad:
Driver's seat and driver's curtain airbag deployed on previous owner by hitting a large bump on the freeway. Car still runs perfect, but ABS & Airbag lights are on and the bags should be replaced (this apparently isn't to uncommon on mk4s sadly).
Driver's seat belt is locked
Needs new tires and I would suggest an alignment
Paint is weathered, see pictures
Catalytic converter is aftermarket so it needs OEM or a model #d-193-114 to pass
Reason for sale:
Was gonna swap this engine into my mk1 but I got another donor car with a turbo engine.
Asking $2,100 for the car, located in La Mirada 90638 and am in no rush to sell it. I am looking for serious buyers only, I do not have time to entertain lowballers or people who cannot buy outright.
