  • 2010 mustang

hey guys i know that a lot of people out there **** on the mustangs and even harder on the ones that are not fitted with drag slicks and all, this is my second one in 3 years.

    2010 Mustang Gt
    engine:281 ci. 4.6L 3valve
    transmission:5 speed
    color:Kona Blue Metallic
suspension2rs coilovers with rear bump stops cut out
    wheels: Ambit RE18 18x10.5+22
    tires:achellies 245/45 and 275/40

here are some pictures of it from how i got it to what it looks like now

the day i brought it home september of 14

2 weeks later the coils went on

then plasti-dipped the rear deck panel

then came the GT/CS chin spoiler

of coarse the next day it snowed

    ordered some Avid.1 wheels

then deleted the cats and put in a off road x pipe

got some MBRP mufflers to take out some of the rasp from the exhaust

ordered a MASSIVE adjustable pan hard bar to center the diff

had to re-do the chin spoiler cause on the salt on the roads

finally had a day with no snow

ordered a C&L intake, tuner and 4:10 gears

sold the Avid.1 wheels and ordered these Ambit RE18s

my buddy stopped by right after he picked up his 2011 5.0

only two wheels showed up so i mounted them on the rear

then 4 days later finally recieve the fronts and of coarse again mother nature lets loose

and that is it up to date with it

in gotta notch the rear above the diff tubes to drop it to where i would like, with out cutting the bump stops totally out at having the diff hit the body like my last one was

Dude i know the struggle with wheel sizes.. my fender wells are the size of china. But I like this alot. Are you gonna go with some flares on the rear? I think that'd look nice... then again i like the poke too so who knows

Looking great so far, really want to see a lot less tire and a lot more low though.

Thanks guys, I do plan on running a different tire once I burn these off, they're just a little big for what I like, I'll post some other pictures here soon, those were the only ones I had saved

Personally I think the current set up looks great.... The bulky tire corresponds with the aggressiveness of a Mustang.

The color of this car is amazing too. Keep up the work
