hey guys!

im tommy, im 19 from michigan


ive been looking at build threads every single day at work since i found the site about a year ago. about 4 months ago i picked up a car ive wanted for quite some time now. previously ive always had trucks, the last one being a 98 dakota with a 318 and 5 speed. it wasnt very pretty but it was a truck that i learned quite a bit on.

after looking for about 2 months i finally found my car, its a meh car for most since everyone seems to have them and it isnt exactly what i wanted. it was close enough for me, an unmolested 2007 2.5i impreza previously owned by a couple hippies



this is the closest picture i have to when i bought it. it is far from perfect! but behind every blemish is a story

currently it has hids, blastpipes, sparco rims (should change soon), and is lowered on eibach pro kit (also changing)

the title is something my friend says when he sees a hot girl lol and because im thinking most people will think my build lacks. im making a build thread for some motivation and criticism (not people being assholes) currently i have a new lip and rear visor in the mail, and this friday i should be having a local ordering me coilovers!



i apologize for the phone pics, i do get some good ones every now and then

Great car to start with.
You're already on to a winner by getting coilovers so well done on that front.
From there the rest should be easy... Get some red tail lights maybe, nice front lip, some dishy wheels when u can afford them and you'll have a great looking car.

I miss mine every time I see one around, looks like you're off to a good start! I def recommend getting some UEL headers if you're planning on doing more exhaust modification down the road, they make a huge difference in sound.
