  • 2003 530i Touring 5mt ************

You read the title right, This is the wagon BMW never offered to north america. The car started its life as a 525i auto with m sport package. The original owner kept this car very well maintained and always serviced it at BMW with original BMW parts only. (can prove with receipts)
My good friend purchased it from the original owner and started the process of converting it to a 530 5 speed. He has ADD and bought another car which then put the wagon on hold.
This is where I come in and finish the project.
Enough stories and on to what everyone really wants to see. Mods and pics!

    Drivetrain:
    Completly rebuilt M54
Bottom end: OEM pistons, rings, bearings and associated parts
New water pump and thermostat along with hoses and sensors
    Head built by HeadGames Motorworks
Decked, ported and 5 angle valve job
New BMW valves, springs and retainers
New BMW head gasket and all other associated gaskets and seals
Transmission and associated parts for conversion were donated from a low mile 330ci
    New BMW Clutch
    New BMW Flywheel
    New BMW quibo
    New BMW center bearing
    Original 525i rear diff.
    AFE intake with box
    Stock exhaust with muffler delete

    Suspension and Wheels:
    ST Coilovers
    New BMW air bags
    New BMW thrust arm bushings
    Custom MRR GF6 wheels 19x9.5f et5 including 10mm spacer
    19x10.5r et23 no spacer
    Sumitomo Htrz3 tires 245/35/19f
    275/30/19f
17" Msport wheels with dunlop snow tires

    Exterior:
M Front bumper w/ all associated parts no zip ties or hack jobs
    Functional Brake ducts
M Rear bumper w/single exhaust diffuser
    BMW accessory rear hatch visor
    Black kidney grills
    Clear side markers
    Shadowline Trim
    35% tint on door windows
    20% tint on cargo windows
Headlights adjusters replaced with upgraded metal adjusters
New Phillips Extreme Vision d2s xenon bulbs
    Xenon 3000k yellow fog lights

    Interior:
New Cluster with M5 trim rings and needles
    ZHP weighted shift knob
New BMW Black leather shift boot
New BMW Black parking brake boot
Euro arm rest (center pocket delete)
    M Dead pedal
LED bulbs in every light including map lights and door lights
Aftermarket Headunit with nav and bluetooth (looks like BMW mk5 radio)

Im sure there is plenty that I am forgetting but that should cover everything major.

    The bad:
Over the winter the shifter started sticking but not all the time, only when cold. Could use shift pins and shifter shaft seal.
Minor dent on wheel arch line in driver rear quarter.
No traction control or cruise control.

This car has been put together extremly well, all work including the conversion was performed by a certified BMW tech at BMW dealer, have recited to prove it.

I have been driving this car for over a year now with no issues at all my commute is short so everything has less than 6000miles on it. I have taken it on long trips as well and this car is nothing less than awesome. It was built to be supercharged but I just ordered a new M3 and some of the toys have to go. This is one of them.

    SOLD!

Funny you say that. I have a set of 18" style 42s but they are staying in the family
