Feeler ? 1991 Volvo 240 Wagon 5spd

Hi all, putting out a feeler on my 91 240 DL Wagon.

5 speed
260k miles on the ODO but its fairly recently stopped working, call it True Miles Unknown
Motor runs strong
smooth top (no roof rack)
Silver exterior
Blue vinyl interior in great shape
Rubber floor mats
new motor and trans mounts
Complete new exhaust front to back
new touring shocks all around,
IPD stage 1 front end rebuild kit recently fitted

any interest or ideas on what reasonable offer would be ?

A really clean and unmolested wagon to start a new project or hold on to.. Have extensive maintenance records and original window sticker

Now that we're thawing out a little.. here's a few pics..it needs a wash and to have the mats hosed off, but this gives a sense of it.. I'll post a few more when I've cleaned it up.

LOCATION: Central New Jersey, Monmouth County

RUST: Not really. Minimal, a couple of non-structural spots underneath that should be tended to soon but nothing urgent or troublesome. No body rust AT ALL..

PRICE: Its a real clean, stable example of the swedish wagon, with service records and original window sticker, etc. It's not mint, its a solid clean 24 year old car that hasn't been f-ed with.
