How tight should the valve stem be?

Finally got valve stems that fit my SSR's and putting them in so I can go get my tires mounted.

Question is how tight should I tighten them? Ive read just past finger tight, but then the valve can wiggle side to side.

Tight enough so it does not wiggle.
