Digital -- How do you like the Peleng? Seems like a nice fit for crop sensors. I'm also rather interested in how you like the sigma wide angle?

The Peleng is a novelty. I rarely use it. Good lens but a steep learning curve (it's a full manual lens).

The Sigma's are superb. You can't go wrong for the money with the EX line. The rest of their lenses are meh. The 70-200 was about the same price as the Canon 70-200 f/4 L and the Sigma is much nicer, plus of course the f/2.8 is a bonus. The 2x teleconverter works great with the 70-200 in daylight; I use that for shooting motorsports.

Canon EOS 450D
18-55 IS Kit lens.

That's it for now - come september, I'll be getting a 55-250 IS, which seems like quite a good investment in the lower price segment.

In time I'll probably be investing in some lighting stuff also.
