Fender Flare question;

So my buddy is looking into picking up a set of Arch Fenders for his 07 WRX.
Because he won't go find the right answers, I will. I know that after matching the positioning for your flares, you'll have to cut into the "inner fender" etc. But I'm having trouble finding a good resource for making sure when he buys his new wheels, he's getting the right size wheel, spacers, etc.

Can I get any tips guys?

Google yourself a wheel offset calculator. From there, you can take his existing specs and add the additional width the flares afford and come up with a set of specs that will fill out the flares.
