Default diy oldskool valvecaps

need:
-gluegun
-valvecaps
-6mm wood and 8mm steeldrill
-dice
-cordless drill

drill a hole in the die with the 6mm wooddrill

then drill with the 8mm steeldrill a bigger hole to half of the die because the
valvecap is oblique

little testfit

fill the hole with a little bit glue

and there you go oldskool valvecaps for nothing

its probably been done before but its fun to do and costs you nothing

They look great, I would only run them for shows though. Too much weight on the end of tire valves with a rubber base (most made today) can cause them to wear prematurely and could cause a flat I had a customer who's Skull valve caps kept causing flats and we ended up sourcing some porsche bits to support the stems and keep them from laying against the wheel at high speed.
