Bagged and Boosted Em1. NEVER ENDING PROJECT.

The name is Josh. I have the attention span of a gold fish. Get distracted super fucking easy. Instead of talking too much ill let the pictures do the talking. Here are some of my past vehicles that I have built:

My eg Hatch. Probably My favorite. Some of you might recognize this one









05 CBR 600rr That I bought wrecked. It was spray painted blue with shitty plastics and it didn't run.

Long story short. I traded my 2001 R6 for a 2000 model Civic Si (The car was minty and pretty much bone stock but didnt run). Original Plan was to Make it a clean daily driver and bag and turbo the white Hatch that I had....


Day one. Loaded up on a buddys trailer.





Not a Fan of the spoiler but I planned a complete color change anyways.

Once again. Long story short. I changed my mind. Sold my white hatch and decided to build the new civic instead.

I kept the BBS And the Bride Seats. And sold it with some stock wheels. 2 Weeks later the guy that bought it from me wrecked it. R.I.P

Here is how the engine Bay Looked when I started. MESSY



Started to put in work. Battery and Fuse Box will be relocated. Fuel Filter will be inline (instead of on the firewall). Headlight harness will be relocated inside the fender wells. Engine harness will be custom made and run under the subframe and out of sight. Brake Prop. Valve will be under the dash as well as brake lines. All of the holes circles will be welded up and smoothed over.



Making room for my upper control arms. Custom Shock towers will be made.



The "Shaving Process... Me and my buddy knocked it out pretty quickly.



Parts started stacking up in my bed room lol





Rolling the rear quarters. I wanted to get the fitment dialed in before paint. To make things easier. I ordered Brand new Password Jdm Ek Fenders with the side marker (Blinker) option for the front.



Modified my BLOX rear camber kit and stretched a 165-45-15 on a 15x9 BBS wheel. After some adjusting I was Happy with this:

Holy shit, that rear fitment. Also seeing more and more Hondas that are bagged is kind of making me want to go that route.

damn, this build is going extremely well, very quickly! Very jealous, always wanted a 00 SI. I absolutely love that the honda scene is moving into bags now. I'm all for static, and dont plan on ever having bags, but i still love bagged builds!

Thanks man. and i agree. Im saving up for an s2000 at the moment. that will not be bagged. I just wanted to do something different with this car. its hard to stand out in the honda game. You dont see too many bagged early gen. civics

Stripped the entire car. And I meant the ENTIRE car. No windows. No dash. No brake lines. No interior whatsoever. It was a bitch. But well worth it. The entire is in pristine condition and I did not want any paint and or grease getting on it. A few small upgrades will be made. Here is some shitty Iphone pixs to get you up to speed.

Progress Started as soon as I dropped it off. The car had slight hail damage, but all of the body panels had original VIN numbers on them. All the panels lined up good.

You can see how the headlight harness main plugs are ran outside of the fender in this picture. The wheel wells will be bed lined once it is back from paint.

Also Started building my motor (this doesn't end well. I will explain in the next few posts.)

-Jdm B16a Block. (with factory oil cooler)
-Low Comp. Weisco Pistons
-Eagle H beam rods. All new bearings ect.
-Cometic 3 Layer Head Gasket
-ARP head studs and rod bolts
-Moroso Oil Pan

-GSR head. OEM Rebuild.
-Golden Eagle Cam Gears
-Blox Log Style Manifold
-Garrett 57 trim turbo
-Tail 38mm Wastegate
-Custom 3" downpipe.

Had to notch the block a bit to make clearance for the turbo.

Motor was ready to drop in the car as soon as it got back from paint. I had just moved to Murfreesboro TN so all of my parts were sitting in a storage unit. Full interior. BBS wheels. The engine. The trans. Ect ect ect.

I always hear stories about people stealing shit. Cars. Parts. Electronics. Ect. But you never think about it till some shit like that happens to you. All that hard work down the drain. Somebody broke into the unit, stole my wheels with brand new tires, my engine, my fender roller, my air compressor, half of my tools. I wanted to fucking cry. BUT I CAN'T. Because im a damn man.

So I bitched and moaned for like a month. Talked about selling the car and all my tools. But my friends / family motivated me to finish the car. So I decided to just finish the car and come back twice as hard.
