E28 Style 5 Fitment

Hi Stanceworks! I'm currently in the process of refinishing a set of style 5's for my E28. They're 17x8 all around. I know it's a tried and true combination but I can't seem to find what offsets I should be shooting for and what size tires I should be leaning towards.

Here's a picture of the look I want:

Those are e38 euro 750 wheels. 18x9 I believe.
