I ordered 4 lips from them July 8th and haven't heard a word since. I have called them 10 times and left a message finally after the voicemail box was empty, sent 3 emails and Facebook messaged them. Still nothing. I believe the guys name is Alex? Does anyone have a for sure way to get in contact with him? The lack of communication is ridiculous.

custom parts take time, most of the time this type of thing is not a stocked part they are putting in a box when you click purchase..
i assume if they have any info on timing on their site, it'll likely be about 8 weeks before you get your parts but thats just a guess.
