Hi Guys and Gals

Not been on here for a while, but thought id best post my new car.
Since my last visit I've moved from Scotland to Australia.

Sold and striped my beloved Suzuki Swift



And bought a 2004 WRX

started off like this when i picked it up.




lowered springs.
turbo back exhaust
rota grids 18x9.5 et38
cheap chinese tyres 225/40r18
sti scoop
despoilered
Whiteline Anti Lift Kit
Whiteline Front and Rear strut braces

Shortly after i fitted a rear Lip and also some STD coilovers
also painted over the stupid pink badge




some tidy up work started. full cut and polish, general clean of the car, replacing the brakes and also fitting an Injen Cold Air Intake





After running the car like this for about 2 months. my rotas came to a sad end when i hit a curb, understeered in the wet at low speed and yeah smashed the rim



so they got replaced with some Rays 57Xtremes 18x9.5 et40 with Hankook V2 225/40R18
tyres so the same shit didn't happen again.



Oh and some nice wheel nuts to finish the rims off



shortly after fitting them up i attended the local stance meet and also a little bit of track time






next for the car was a Rear Window Visor and strip and re tint to the darkest legal.
oh and some 5mm spacers on the rear.




Then it was time to lower it

added 5mm up front and added some camber on and got it sitting pretty. also some new headlights since i ruined my old ones in the oven ( please read internet properly before attempting things)

also did pick some genuine bbs rs to rebuild that might end up on the wrx

Next Plans for the car is FMIC, Charge speed bottom line kit, HKS Kansai rear diffuser and some other stuff but we will see where it goes

Very nice wrx, i feel like that rear lip spoiler could use some paint, but you do you man. I'd love to see the BBS's on this thing as well

So since last posting. sadly the bbs had to be sold

i lost my job and was running out of money so they had to go.

how ever i now have a new job and money again so the wrx got treated to a new FMIC and also finaly got around to fitting the catless up pipe which ive had sitting in the garage for 6 months.

does have a slight boost leak which we are in the progress of fixing and the bumper needs a bit of a trim in places and a tidy up just to get the bumper sitting perfect.

also does anyone happen to have more details on this car ?
seen loads of pics but want to find a build thread or something to get some details of parts etc.

yeah i really didnt want to let them go

but i got them pretty cheap and made some money and all i did was take the tyres off so i cant really complain at that.

im SOR in perth but always driving about so if you see me about give us a wave

Update : guess not really to much of an update but been doing some wheel shopping and think that i will be going for a new set of wheels this year.

spoke to the guys at CCW and well the price looks pretty tempting so maybe some ccw classics coming later this year.
