  • Finally, E34 Touring...

    First Car Intro - E34 530i Touring

Always been fond of tourings (especially merc wagons), and since my brother had already picked up a e34 and we had two parts cars I felt as if it was destined. An e34 touring. Upon my daily routine scouring craigslist, I noticed one that had met the criteria and had started making moves. A few long days later, a 1995 BMW 530iT was parked outside looking too stylish . Of course it needs work, but a M60b30 V8 with 136k on the clock, i was ecstatic. I got my licence a few months ago (16 but not that young) and have parts coming in on the daily. Plans for the build is as follows, dealing with the five previous owners mistakes, full tune-up from water pump to maybe valley pan, a total wash detail buff and wax day on her, a complete 16pc. front suspension kit off fleabay... Eventually later down the road is an 530i manual transmission, 540i intake manifold and throttle body, and some jom blueline coilovers for a sedan that are going to be a pain to fit but has been done before once or twice, and other small things to make the car look as clean as possible.

Want to have her show ready for Bimmerfest West on the 17th of may so Its coming down to crunch time to get her all tidied up. Anyways,

Onto the pics (what most of you are here for)

    My brothers '95 525i & My 95' 530i

Can report that the double sunroofs in working order

And some photos from the fs add...

Was to excited early on so just wanted to install some red tail light tint & a eruo plate just to spruce her up a bit...

    A comparison...

    The beast at sleep

Sorry for the excessive pics, and blabbering. Build will be a slow build as I am still in high school so funds will be low for a while (Although, most if not all my funds will be torwards the wagon)... I wont update the thread much but will have major updates rarely. Comments & Criticism welcome, please share your opinions, as i am still young and want to learn from everyone off of stanceworks as ive been on this forum for almost a year now and want to keep learnin'.

-Photos shot with a canon eos rebel t2i with a tamron 28-200mm 3.8 lens or the stock 18-55mm lens.

Thanks man, and you know i'd be rolling on BC's right now if it wasnt for this damn highschool budget. Lol miss all those "budget builds" on stanceworks. But na this isnt one of em. We stay investing.

Thanks brotha! Hopefully get it that low, going to have to roll static for a minute and bags later down the road but everyone says that. But legit looking pshop!

So I started installing the subs that I picked up in a trade two years ago for one of my mountain bikes. Ordered an 1000watt amp and a kit. it thumps,

All the wiring trying to connect the constant to a the factory amp's constant.

            My connection

            Amp tucked and wired...

Got that finished, next onto the detailing

Rear bumper came out looking new

            Before of the roof

            and after

and all finished after a total of almost 12 hours straight detailing, four legit stages...

and next to my bros e30 touring w/ an m30b35 + a turbo...

            interior led kit

6k 55 watt hid kit + euro fogs + euro plate that adds 5hp...

Took the girl to its first meet parked next to seans legit e46

Radiator went out on my way over (20 yr old car problems, e30 owners... you know about it)

threw on a e32 740i radiator on, way fatter too

And took these a while back just to get an idea, with my brothers 17 inch style 19's that are going on his e30 touring

            but serious height

want to chop my springs, but cant afford tires at the moment, another draw back of the highschool budget. leaning torwards 18s with somewhat same stretch on the tires... hopefully have my jom coils payed for before the end of summer that way I can finally roll around like the rest of the forum... thats it for now, thanks

then some shots I took at socaleuro

you all know who this is

and the pop's bi-turbo s65 amg on lowering links

skipped a lot of things and am missing a ton... but whatever.

about two months ago, I cracked the block on the wagon so its been sitting waiting for a transplant...

found this lil pup in SF, so ventured 500 miles to pick it up and use it as a donor car for the touring

got it home after 9 hours...

yeeeeeeup so that means finally manual swap!!! engine/tranny/drivetrain all going into the black wagon

that leaves the engine situation sorted.
then i decided to start another huge project...straight pictures...
                  before

so that wraps it up, interior is solid and i love it. just needs a manual tranny now.
in fact, i think ill go install it right now sike its late, tomorrow yes.

bcus this car is so clean. my brother (earlier mentioned that owned the red w114 on cut springs) purchased another w114. super clean, sold it yesterday for 5g's to some guy in hollywood.

                  fitting some 19's (8.5j front / 10j rear)

anyways, till next time. miss a lot of you fools, I need to start being more active without these half a year updates lol. anyways comments and questions welcome! -thanks.
