Its not an issue at all. Same as a clean title in every state I've ever lived in. Don't flame me if I'm wrong though haha I'd check with your local dmv. Technically its a "restored salvage title"

Located in NC and would definitely sell it without the works. Under the wrap the cars pretty straight it has the normal indent in the front bumper that heat causes that has been filled and has a tiny rust spot in the passenger rear rocker.

Just a standard roll and pull. Some bodywork in other spots to fix some dents.
