Default STD's

Well I went low and my front tires rub like a fatties thighs on a hot summer day...

I am now experiencing cold sores on my front fenders and i really dont want to raise her back up...

How do you guys help prevent the cause of STD's

well u need to figure out what is hitting where. As for rubbing either get smaller tires or roll ur fenders.

The car has a metal to metal external bump stop which utilizes the lower control arm... i am asuming its hitting that, been too busy to check.

Its seems as if i hit a sudden bump in the road my whole car just jars like its riding on solid blocks... just wondering if its the same for you bimmer guys?

if you can run foam/rubber bumpstops do it. on my old setup my rear shocks used to slam into my rear shock mounts if i hit a bump. i added external bumpstops on top of the shock and it solved the issue
