Default Story of My Life

So for the past month I have been driving around on mismatched wheels beause i couldn't afford new tires. I finally payed the people i owed money back and FINALY next paycheck I could get tires. Some o you may or not know my experiences with ZRi's and trying to stretch them. No shop could seem to do it.So I put those tires on my stockers and saved up again for some Falken 512s. Got those and no shop can stretch them either, I sat there and held the air nozzle on the valve stem while TWO people that worked there blasted them with TWO cheetas, that's right TWO! and they would not bead. a 215/40 on a 9.5 WTF? Not that big of deal right? So I take it to another shop, I went to the bathroom to take a dump and when I come out they had packed the gap with that paste stuff and tried to inflate them that way....incompitent.... so that took me an hour and a half to clean all that shit out from my wheel. So at this point the frustration is mounting exponentially, So i say fuck it! I go to Advanced and buy a can of eether and a grill lighter. I figure I'm gonna do this myself. I watch some videoes on youtube and it looks easy enough. But for some reason the eether doesn't react like in the videos...it just catches on fire....that's it. WTF! So then I give up. I'm really trying to control my temper. Last week I shaved my fenders I I just figure maybe I can go with a 225/35 or something, even though I dont like the "riding on rubber bands look." so on my way home from my friends house tonight, the most awesome thing that's happend all month happens! I GET REAR ENDED!!!!! and to top it off the guy flees the scene! FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC!!!!

Filed a police report and gave a description of the car/driver the best I could and I guess that's the best I could do. I have full coverage so I'm covered it just sucks.

I'm begining to suspect my car is cursed. Might be selling it and putting money into my 240....who knows......I don't want to but the bad luck I have had with this car is etting a bit rediclous and redundant.

Feels good to vent.......and other substances do as well hehe

I could not agree more. I didn't think there was much you could screw up with something like that.

n00b here, WTF is a Cheetah?

And sorry mang, it sounds like you're just off to a bad start this year. Things are bound to get better. You gotta admit, it was a pretty sweet deal on the 240.

Thanks guys. Grand total at the stealership is $3,929.39. I'm just thankful I live in NC where your only required to have 1 quote and that's what your insurance company gives you. So...

Get quote at dealership
Take to cheaper shop
???
Profit

Lol and a cheeatah is just an air tank with a nozzle coming out of the side and a quick release valve. Its used to bead tractor trailor tires and stuff or trying to stretch tires. They fill it up and when they release the valve all he air is pushed out. I would post up a video but I'm on my phone.

I was talking to someone and they said that the shape of my barrel can have a lot to do with it. IDK. I'm gonna try a 225/35 I think. The guy at the tire shop said it'll look similar sidewall height wise as a 215/40 stretched like that.

That sucks... I wouldnt spare money if you want it fixed right though... and try brake clean to mount those tires... shit burns hot, and serious fast. we use it to rebead big jeep tires when we lose a bead off road. and if ether didnt work you didnt use enough.
