Finally got the wheel bolts I was waiting for, GOLD! and by my own stupid mistake, I ordered the wrong size. For sale in the classifieds if anyone needs them.

I threw some in the wheels (without nuts) just to see how they would have looked. Oh man, these are the wheels Jesus would be rollin on if he had a Merc.





I did put back in the old chrome bolts for the time being and now they are back on the 82, here is the best shot I have until the sun comes up or I awaken.

So what cars did those wheels originally come on? I really want to source a set for my car. They are hands down my favorite type of wheel right now.

Its a Mercedes Benz wheel. AMG that O.Z. put out in the 90's. Offsets are low, made for the W129 and W126 I believe. They olny came in a 16" and 17" 5x112. There are quite a few sets around, but many of them get stress cracks in the face between the lug holes due to air wrentch tightening. Watch out for those, they are unfixable. I paid a lot for mine, but they were in mint condish, and I want to keep these forever, so it was well worth the investment.
