Where to Redrill My Wheels
I'm looking to redrill my OZ Pegasus(es?) from 5x114.3 to 5x112 and don't know where to have it done. Anyone know any place that will do it, preferably in the north east.

Rotiform does it I know. If you're trying to do it locally, any wheel repair shops/ automotive machine shops are good places to start asking.
Why not wobble bolts for your specific application?

I am running wobble bolts now (sig is an old pic) and they're sketchy! found 7 loose bolts after only 2 weeks after a re-tighten

Considered running adapters or is the offset too low for your car?

I could run adapters but instead of spacing the wheels out more I want to go wider!

You must have not installed them correctly, PCD variation nuts/bolts have been used by thousands of people on various applications with almost never any issues (only I have heard of are from improper installation).
Be sure to use hub rings to center the wheel correctly, and install them by hand with proper torque pattern/specs. To find that many loose it sounds like you tightened them down without the wheel being flush/centered to the hub and a slight shift could cause the few not properly seated to be loose.
To answer your actual question, many shops can/will do this redrill and will just elongate the hole and press in a steel insert. Call any wheel repair shop, if they don't do it, I am sure they know who can.

Thank you
Also, I had a shop put the wheels on while i was getting the tires on so they could have been installed incorrectly

Most definitely, shops will most the time throw the wheel on there, and tighten down with an overtorqued impact.
