hi i've been lurking these forums for a while, this is my e36.



as you can see its one hell of a work in progress. i got it as a gift a few years ago, so im just doing everything ive ever wanted to do to a car to it. next year im doing a transmission swap.

Your headlights look all foggy. Have you tried restoring them? You should also go with silver wheels, or white. Black looks tacky imo.

The rims were originally silver, I painted them black because I **** the white on white look. Too princessey/cliche.

thanks kevin. and patryk what would you reccomend doing? i have heard a million things that 'work' but end up being shitty. id try them but i dont wanna waste my time, toothpaste or avacados

i've had good luck with just applying a foamy tire shine and letting it sit for half hour or so,

Do you know if they make glass lenses for your vehicle? If not, you can try using a 3M headlight restoration kit you can find at Autozone for like $5-10.

Not sure where you live, but Ive had a few friends get headlight restoration kits from Oreillys that worked great. Spend the $15 lol

Buy the turtle wax headlight refinish set. If you have access to a buffer or a friend with one have them buff them after you use the turtle wax

This is the truth. I work at O'Reilly's during school times and it's the only kit that I will try to sell people. It actually does work and stays nice.
