Default Audi B6 A4 Accuair/Hardlines/VIP modular build thread

some of you guys may remember this RS4 on the gold VIP modular VX110.

well i bought those wheels and am taking my car in a whole new direction.

here is the car prior to the build

Was planning a really nice engine build on the audi, pieced together the turbo it and installed it. i decided to scrap the rest of the build and leave it running at low boost until i finish this air ride. on to some pics!

picked up the wheels and a set of bilstein shocks with mason tech bags

a quick test fit

also picked up an accuair e-level air management kit with dual compressors

with lots of thought of what to do with the trunk, i decided to go with hardwood

made a template..

measuring, and testing, and measuring, and testing, and sanding, and testing.....

after a long week of working, finally complete!

Hardlines and fittings arrived

so up next is the hardline/air management install. followed by installing the struts, then finally fitting these massive wheels

enjoy!

That hardwood trunk is sexy, now I want one...

I bought the hardwood just like you do for a house, in separate panels. I snapped them together and screwed it together to the plywood after all the measuring and cutting. It was also cut it down one of the seams so it is in two pieces and it can be removable
