so a little background.. after a week of getting my car ready, serviced etc it was around 11:30pm the night before i was driving 500miles down south to santapod raceway (for suprapod then japfest2 the next day) at 7am and something was hungry for carbon... and death.

front lip before it was a murderer-

afters.. i'm unsure who came off worse..

so in a scramble i luckily had a friend with a spare lip.. it was bonded to his old bumper and white, so some middle of the night ghetto spray and fit i got it on.. definitely not perfect but it was better than nothing.

i got to bed at 3:30am and back up at 7am for the 10hr drive.

so now i don't know.. do i get this one in plastic (it's the fg version on now) and leave it/spray it or get another carbon like i had.. it didn't take too well to scuffs and bumps though tbh.

Bumper lips should be considered wear items and require regular maintenance/replacement.

I really liked the carbon one for the color [looks like it had some colored carbon or Kevlar in it?], but the shape of the new fiberglass one is great.
