can they be thinned to 20mm? aprox 3/4 of inch? is they enough meat to do that?

Don't think it can be done. The way the studs are mounted ( seat ~3/4" and 1/2" out from the back pad) you can't really shave the off the front of the adapter without making the studs unsafe, and of course you can't shave 3/4" off the pad or you'll shave the conical lug seats out.

I have a question and if they fit then I'll buy them from you. I have a e46 cabrio and a set of AMG 3 piece and looking for adapters, would these do the job?
