Default Turn Around and I'll Pick Up the Slack

My 2012 look is almost complete for this setup. Once I'm done measuring for spacers, I'll be saving for and ordering them. I have a thread in the builds section, but I was too excited not to share this with the showroom. Opinions welcome, even if you don't like it. I'm aware that the car is not for everyone.

WHEEL SPECS:
Borbet Type CB
16 X 7.5 et35

Lowererd with H&R coilovers.

UPDATE:

Big thanks to VWVortex member "CTCORRADOKID" for the shot at UConn's 9th Annual Car Show.

The rounded and smooth spokes of the borbets don't match well with the trapezoidal lines of the body, but that's just my opinion. Maybe something concave, with angular/shape spokes? Overall, it's definitely different, and I can appreciate that.

I really like it man! Especially the 5th pic down. Some spacers to flush the fender/wheel and it'll look even cleaner. Are you going to Focus Rising?

x18 on the wheels, they just do not look good, sorry.

Other than the wheels I can dig it, its a decent looking focus otherwise! I think some mesh wheels would do wonders?

Um, a LOT hahha. It's my buddy's car, and if it makes the car go, stop, or turn, it is not stock.

The wheels are definitely the polarizer. Well, the wheels and the emblems hahaha. Thanks for the input! The Type CBs will be sticking around for a while, but I've got a few more sets I'll be trying out pretty soon.

Thank you! I'll be doing my best to make it there for sure!

I was probably going to leave it stock. I have a space shuttle that tends to be a bit of a money pit.

Hey thanks, man, I appreciate the feedback. I've got some other wheels that I'll be trying out.

I like it about 1000x better than the leopard print headliner you put in your truck. Seriously.

ET35..... interesting

I could see this a little bit lower in the rear, just call up Bernice, she'll help you get there.

Yeah, it'll get there. I kind of like the rake now, but I definitely want to get it a bit closer to level.

Just got rid of a bunch of pictures, hopefully that will make the OP a bit less irritating.

Hey, keep the feedback coming, I'm just a bit surprised it's this negative. I don't really think it's that bad. I mean, I know it's far from anywhere near the nicest car on here, but I wouldn't call it offensive.

Figured I'd add a pic and see what everyone thought of what I added this weekend. I bought the rack to get a bike attachment and use it as much as possible, but I liked the way it looked so much during the test fit that I decided to leave it on.

Looks good Matt. Much lower with the new tires and the rack is a nice touch.

Thanks! The rack is to be used, I just like how it looks for now hahaha. The lip took a LOT more work than it looks.
