Default This Guys B4 wagon build

So just bought the Klutch featured wagon from Dano.

Im sure lots of you have seen it. the work done so far has been spot on for the most part.

Anyways, heres the list of mods n such that he posted on the sell thread

170k no chain noise
fresh interiorz (groovy headliner w/ black cloth seats/leather door cards)
K&N knock off intake cone
C2 software
2.5" test pipe
Suitecase delete with nice magnaflow muffler
Bag Riders Manual lit
Air lift Slam Series front struts
Air lift Pro Series rear struts
16x9.5 salad shooters
205/45 Bridgestones
Awesome hood bra
Depo Ecodes w/ city lights
All Red tails
Load Bars for roof rails
Rear wiper delete
2.o lip

and here are the plans

lots of body work, fixing dents, shaving things, then full respray or possibly different color, not sure on that yet

- full accuair setup with rocker switch

-reworked air management (Tank compressors) where they are a little neater in the trunk

- full stereo rework with molded sub enclosure in the trunk

- different wheels (most likely will go through a good amount before i find the right ones)

those are basic plans

today (the first actualy day ive had it) we shaved the rear emblem and repaired the two biggest dents on the car, also threw the rusted hood on for fun until I respray it.

pics!

Plate cut and in place!

Ricky tacking it on

Welded!

first layer of bondo, as thin as I could put it on

Taking a little break, thats Ronnie, owner of Bug Haus here in richmond, we were taking advantage of this beautiful weather

smaller dent fixed

Pretty good sized dent popped out a good bit then bondo, need to add one more layer to get the body line right
trunk smoothed, just need to wet sand the drip from primer and its all done

how its sitting aired down as of now, will properly notch the front and roll the fenders tomorrow

thanks for reading everyone! more to come tomorrow, fender marker holes will be be welded and smoothed

All it took was a mag feature to get it sold. I was approached by the po about a trade for my car over a year ago.
Glad its getting buttoned up and completed.
Good Luck!!

So a few updates, nothing crazy yet

things done
buy new cool guy wheels
truck bedliner bumpguards on doors
finished shaving the hatch and fixing dents for the most part
replace skullcandy hurn button and add my own dumb drawing

whilst installing the pos wheels i am currently running, was using the Widow Maker vw jack, and to that day had never actually had problems with it. but then disaster struck and it gave out, bending my fender even more and causing the newly painted bump guard to pop off (luckily it did not suffer damage)

Then took a trip to Baltimore to trade the 18" raderwerks i had for a brief moment for some 17" futuras that needed some rebuilding, all in all im very happy with my wheel choice for now

first tires ive taken off mostly myself and "mounted" (they are 5x120 and my car is 5x100, adapters to come soon cause i dont wanna redrill these older wheels) the rear for a test fit. Will be getting 2" lips in the rear and refinishing the front 1.5" ones.

Oh yeah. need some spacers anyway, nice little barrel to strut love going on how they are

now to test fit the fronts.

Heres the photo i used for my horn button, its from my tattoo business card and thought it make make the car a little more me i suppose

and the wheel

overall im pretty excited about the wheel choice (played out yadadada) I will wait to show everyone what the centers will be powdercoated (not silver or polished if that helps)

More updates to come very soon, Thanks!

Olive drab for sure or go desert tan, the tan looked pretty sweet on my old Jeep XJ not sure how it would look on the wagon but just my .02.
