Cool Montana Miata 90'

I bought my first car about a year ago (91' ef hatch with only 80,000miles) and got into Honda's, which eventually lead me to here

My dad bought a rare 84' 300zx turbo and at the same time re-built the engine in his 91' 325ix. This really sparked my obsession with cars

So back to my civic, I absolutely loved that car, it had so many memories. Only problem....it was an auto

This meant I had to search around for a car with more potential...aka a manual, rear wheel drive car. I went through about 10 different obsessions of which car to buy (s2000, silvia, e30, ect) until I finally settled on miata's!!

After about 2 days of craigslist searching, I finally found this 1990 white Mx-5.......

The old man on the right is the guy that bought the Miata the day it came out in 1990 and drove it the 60,000 miles that are on it today.

That's the dirty dirty insides that are going to be cleaned to my o.c.d.ness right away

It's the only car with a smile like this

Bone stock!

Needs new soft top and rear finish panel!!

Anyways...tell me what you think! Updates soon

WHY ARN'T MY PICTURES WORKING!!!!! Scroll down theres more!!

Looks.... like a stock miata, not much to say haha. Nice base, just don't ruin it by doing the typical XXR, Racelands and laying it on its arse. Keep it clean and fresh with a decent wheel choice and your onto a winner

Here's just a few winter pictures! haha so far I've just cleaned up the interior as much as possible, and put my deck and Fosgate 6x9's in it!

I need a new...sticker for the temp and the plastic center dash plate is all cracked from the previous owner.

Rear finish panel

Studded snow tires. The day I picked it up I was surprised that it drove better then my Civic in the snow!!

I got a soft top cover and it looks reeeaallly good wouldn't you agree?

I'm in love!

Yeah he didn't take care of it very well, but he never even took it to redline so the engine is like new. and I have car ocd so it should look that nice

Just bought some Armor All and cleaned my interior and soft top until it was spotless. I also used some rim and tire cleaner on my nasty daisys (they need to go)

Hmmm, I bet it still has the original 22 year old fluids in it too. I would start with servicing all of that.

Haha the guy has like a receipt for every oil change and they're almost all on time or early it's crazy!! He also got the radiator flushed regularly and all the other fluids seem to be fine!
