It always amazes me what you British and European people are able to do in such small spaces. Since I am a bitch, this type of build would require a massive garage, air compressors everywhere, lifts, etc.
Not even considering the lack of space you have to work with, brilliant work so far. Sub'd for badassery.

Same spec build as mine is making 425bhp at the fly in a ps13, I'd be hoping for around 400bhp...

And thats even stretched The 335's were too dear and I won't even talk about the 365's...
So just a small update, I was onto Brian in Driftkits.eu and looking for a vent to build into my own bonnet, so he cut up an S15 skin he had in stock, legend ! Looking forward to fitting it once it arrives
And the next pic is probably my favourite of the thread to date, I got a set of Bride Fixed back seats in red and head protection, saw them in Ffrenchie’s ages ago but a mate of mine bought them, they came up for sale so I bit the bullet and doubled my budget on seats, should look awesome in the car…

Finished removing all the glue with petrol left over from the sound deadening, took off the heat cover under the bonnet, lined up the vent and have it ready for cutting tomorrow
Weird looking bonnet...
Everything outside the masking tape is now waste, will have to fit the vents seperately to avoid the standard dip in the original bonnet...

Yep, they are like why not fit a 13b or 20b ? Ah I don't mind plus in fairness they are pretty sound, just asking the question
Have the bonnet marked up ready for cutting tomorrow...
How it should look...
Said I'd resort to using the Limerick method of removing the spoiler...
Debadged and spoiler off, just getting the last few shitty bits done before she goes away Sunday...

Got the windscreen out this morning :
Cut the outer skin and lined the vents up again :
Matched the vents to the inner skin, chop, chop :
Sorted :
Boot door off so I can work on it while the car is away :
Will also build the bonnet up while she is being caged, almost ready for transport tomorrow :

Just read through your whole Tezza thread, and I was speechless. That has to be one of my favorite builds to date!
After seeing what you did to that beast, I'm even more excited to see the direction of this car!

Thanks mate, I miss her, could have gone alot better but wanted a track car more so.
This one won't be as fancy, more function over form, don't ban me yet LoL It'll still be stanced !
And she is gone, Bear collected her today and she is now sitting up in Mr. Stones. Next updates will be alot more exciting, rollcage baby

Ya dude, just tip away in my free time but I'm sure you know yourself it ain't easy with herself and the little man takintg up most of my time
Well since the car is gone I decided to do a bit on the bonnet, ground down the edges of the bonnet and under the vents so they sealer could bite into something :
Used the usual pop rivets to hold them in place while the sealer set but looking good so far :
The underneath just needs the lines tidied up a bit so they are even but all in all I'm happy enough...
Time to make it look original using a sanding disc on the grinder :
First coat used a 50/50 mix of filler and fibreglass, my poor garage, **** the stuff :
Will try get the outer skin finished off tonight and get to work on the underneath sometime this week...

Not yet, been busy with other things
I just had a spare hour last night so I cut away the underneath of the bonnet, I left the bulk section at the front for strength but also I cut it on either side, bent it back and bonded it to the skin, it now allows the vents to work properly, I will tidy it all up once I get a chance as it is very rough atm...
