Yes, the silver thing on the left is a senior citizen/mentally challenged remote for my TV.

I would take fresh pics but very little changes on my desks(if I change one I have to change the other) other than an occasional drink i set down. Arrangement of monitors, keyboards and Mice stays the same between them so I can keep my sanity.

I make my bed as soon as I wake up every morning. The mouse, well... it just landed there when i stood up to take the pic.
Yeah... that's all my books and stuff for school. I get back from class and throw them in the pile. Haha

Calling you out 
For fun, let's state some facts here. You live in Philly. Its cold there, and your dresser is right next to your bed. It is dark out. You definitely sat on that bed this morning and put some socks on, so your bed would have had an ass print in the sheets.
There is no way a mouse lands with a cord laid straight out and stuck under a speaker, those things kink all the time and you wouldn't have room to move it around.
A remote does not get set down perfectly parallel with the edge of a desk, and if time was actually taken to do that, your school books would be set down evenly too.
Sorry to pick apart your picture so much lol, I just like examining things. It's all in good fun.

i see none of what you sated in that picture. the remote isnt perfectly lined up, the cord isnt straight on the mouse, and the bed isnt perfectly straigned out....
