Here is my list of suggestions.

Rattle can the entire car one color. Actually take some time to do it.
Lose the headlight tints.
Lower the car more.

Clearly you don't give a shit about the car, so drive it at a point where it is barely driveable. There is no excuse to not have this as low as it possibly can be.

was expecting Work Wheels upon entering, did not deliver.

start selling your body or something man, cause you need some cash to turn this thing into something respectable. and we all know that's possible. good luck.

I take it you have never owned an EF...I have owned 9. The EG was the first real stanceable civic. I agree with everything but the lowering. You can no budget build an ef easy. junk yard/u pull s always have cheap ass 80/90s wheels. Rattle can a light color, it wont fade as quick. maybe just tint the headlight tails black.

I personally have not owned one, but I have helped my friend a great deal with his. And I can say it really isn't difficult, especially seeing as if you don't give a fuck about it. Cut some ragged holes for the UCAs to swing through. Cut the springs some more and put that bitch on its nuts.

The recipe isn't difficult.
