Long story short, I want to make my two 19x8.5 BBS GT's 9.5" by adding an inch larger barrel. I can't source parts from BBS, Rotiform, or any other 3rd party so far. My only other option is either lucking out and finding a set of OEM BBS barrels that someone wants to part with and is the exact size I need. Or finding another manufacturer that uses something similar and will sell me a pair of blanks I can machine and drill to work.
Essentially I need to find a wheel manufacture that uses a bore of 15.511"(39.4cm) or smaller to work. At the same time they need to be a 30 bolt wheel, or have the ability to sell me "blanks" with no holes drilled. Also, what would make this even easier is if the inside diameter of the barrel directly behind the mounting flange is at least 17.25" to allow the faces to be bolted in from the rear.
To sum it all up this is what I am asking. Anyone who reads this and has access to an array, or any 19" modular wheels, can you please take some measurements for me and let me know what you come across. If they match the specs I am looking for or not I would still like to know. That way I can at least mark a certain wheel/manufacture/model off my list of possibilities and move to the next.
If you could also post a picture of you actually measuring the wheel that would be great! Just so I know the wheels are being measured all the same way.
15.511" bore (inside lip/barrel diameter)
30 bolt (or ability to possibly source blanks)
Measure the "bore", or inside lip/barrel diameter straight across the middle like this.
Thank you to anyone who can contribute or pass this information along to anyone who might be able to help.
