Default Adaptors and Tire sourcing help needed.
Can anyone recommend a good place to find adapters to go from 4x100 to 4x108 aside from having them custom made?

And is there any US retailers or maybe forum members here stocking a set (4) of Federal Formoza FD1 tires in 155/55R14. According to onlinetires.com tech on the phone, they not only don't have them in stock (even though their website still reflects them as being available) but that Federal isn't even making them anymore... I will pay top dollar to get my hands on some of these or any tire in this size really.
