I have a few pictures of the process of the trunk setup I made. This is my favorite part of any air install. My goal with the install was to make it as simple as possible, functional and no drilling in the chassis. I haven't got any pictures of the bags and shocks as they are bolt on...
Clean sheet:
Cut the floor, 3P manifold bracket and two pieces that will hold the floor in place:
Wrapped with fabric and installed bolts for compressors. This also shows how the floor is "locked in" on both sides:
Cut the the "floor" out of the original liner. Fits perfectly:
Test fit with compressors and 3P manifold:
Fits like a glove. The compressor power cables are run through braided sleeve like the rest.
For the tank I made two 90 degree brackets to fit the tank as high as possible and re-use bolts already installed in the parcel shelf. Can't find any pictures of them tho.
Air lines are run behind the trunk liner and out through the vents behind the bumper on each side.
Got my decent camera for the final result. I'm very happy with the install.
