So the weather has finally been nice enough for me to get the Del Sol out of it's hiding spot. (And someone on here kind of motivated me to give it some attention) I'm going to have to vacuum out the spider webs. I went to drive it up the street and upon hitting the first bump remembered that I need to adjust the coilovers. If I had a filling it would have popped out.
I had written notes on the drivers window and it was extremely hard to read.
After a little bit I deciphered the first one and it said "connect tighten dizzy". Now I'll be honest, I do not remember writing that. I was mumbling to myself as I moved over to open the hood "why the ef would I write that dumb ass shyt............. OHHH!!!!!

". I grabbed the distributor and it was completely loose.
So I followed my own directions from last year, set the timing and tightened down 2 of three said bolts. I needed a longer extension that I did not have access to at the time.
Fast forward to today: With as much as many pieces as I have put together on this thing I never realized until today that my SRS light stayed on. Since I personally made every connection in the car I know the SRS is fully wired. That dern warning light was getting on my nerves.
So after about 10 minutes of trying to remember the correct reset procedure I got the SRS light to reset. It would have went a lot quicker if I 1)started with the correct connector first and 2) had aligned my paperclip ends better.
End result... NO MORE SRS light!
The CEL is on due to the distributor and oxygen sensor. I had a few brand new distributors laying around last year. But I sold them since I wasn't using them. I'll pick a few more up soon and throw one on here.
Now the hood latch wants to act funny. So I will deal with that maybe tomorrow. I can't remember why I have a complete hood release cable on the passenger floor. Maybe I was planning on changing that.
I have to remember where I put my floor mats.
I will be moving it to hiding spot B shortly. I haven't been able to locate a white fender. I might just throw a black one on there. The bumper will be reattached. Coilovers adjusted. Some bushings replaced. An LS mesh located and installed. Exhaust flex pipe made (open downpipe=
LOUD) and then it might be out running the streets in all it's multi colored panel glory.
