  • Nothing you haven't seen on an e36 before - Mtechpenguin strikes again

So it has been a while since I've posted anything new on here.
The old e46 on Broadway Static

    And when it was bagged.

In that while I got rid of the e46 and jumped into an M3. I wanted to go in a different direction than before and try something new to me. This is stanceworks after all so I tried to keep her sitting pretty, just not as low.

Farewell old faithful e46. It was a pleasure.
Only had Futuras and Roadstars, so I had to let the minty contours go.

Well a week later, I ended up driving up to Dallas to pick up some ///M power that I had been longing for. Super happy so I had to instagram.

Man was it a nightmare up there. It was snowing the day before, and definitely not the ideal weather to not have any washer fluid. I snapped my Rieger lip in half 30 minutes after purchase since I couldn't see on the way back from the storage unit.

Fast forward a month or so on ASAs

Then I decided to build some diy aero, because why not?

And since my futuras weren't selling, I decided to go ahead and rock that boat. Even though I wanted 17s, but I wasn't just going to make them fit the like I had in the past.

    Test Fit

    A little bit of this.

    Approved.

    Test Fit.

And a little bit of that.

    Finished and all put together.

The plan was to take the car to SoWo 2014, but I didn't have the suspension set up like I wanted to and didn't want to risk destroying my work. Still went and had a blast, visited with family, and went to Zentrum.

    Super small, but super rad.

A few photoshoots later, and we're here. No time for wash, too many activities.

I'm getting tired of my race car stance, and want my bagged e46 back, but a touring would make life so much better.

Maybe this is a partial build thread. Sorry not sorry, but move if necessary.

Really liked your e46 back then...nice to see you went a different route and made it look good and not overdone up.

Looking good so far. I can't tell if I like the black rivets or if I would like them better in white.

What flares are those btw? I love the rear diffuser. What exactly is it made out of? I might be interested in making something similar. The front one is a little iffy for me but I love the idea. If I made one It would probably sit a little closer to the lip

The e46 looked great, but the M3 looks incredible imo. Love the race car look.
