CNJ: old school bike for a roof rack or something

I have this old school 70's Raleigh road bike for sale or trade, the tires are shot but the rest has a really cool patina to it for a roof rack or something; check it out!

Asking $50 bucks, but throw down some sort of offer and come pick it up, or trade me something cool for it.
