Whats up everybody names Bryan, been debating on starting a build thread on the mazda, not much to look at just yet but planning on making some good progress coming up soon. Owned it almost 2 years now, about a year ago I was wanting to start working on this thing lost interest in it. Its my daily and I also have a bagged/bodydropped toyota that takes up alot of time and money but finally taking a break on that and fully motivated to start working on the mazda! Got some pretty good ideas and plan on making them all happen! Anyways enough gabbin now on to the pics. More updates coming soon, let me know what ya think

It should turn out pretty sweet the way I'm picturing it. Just a matter of time. And yea thats my 88, I'll post a better pic of it later. Heres a couple of the mazda I took today.

Planning on next weekend doing a lil mini notch in the rear and taking out another leaf, should set it right where I want it, then gonna be ordering some drop spindles for the front. Then get a new grille and bumper and do a decent cheap rattle can paint job for now. The flat black is hideous lol

Looks like a solid start. I guess your staying static?

Thanks man. Yes its stayin staticked, already have a bagged truck so i want to do this one a lil different. My yota rides like a caddilac though so i want this to be as close as possible, thats why im gonna do a lil underbed notch. Already cut the bumpstop brackets up front and cleared that all up.

Nice! You could always just go with white primer or something like that too

So, it's later. Pics of the Yota??

Can't wait for more progress on the Mazda anyway, off to a good start. I think the 18's look too big but that's just me.

Nice to see you're a local too.

Im just going with some flat white for now, cheap and easy. Eventually I'll bodywork all the little dents and stuff then primer the whole thing and block it a couple times then shoot some single stage white. Did single stage on my yota and it came out great.
