low e39 spring rates?

so I'm about to fit some silly negative offset wheels on my car, and they are going poke a bit, and i mean a BIT... anybody figure what spring rates I should run on the regular BC coilovers(not the "extreme drop" kit)? i'm most likely going to buy swifts as replacements. i just need some advice on spring rates. anybody think 14k front and 16k rear should be alright?

E39s are heavier than E46s and thats what those dudes run.
