E90 on weird French wheels

Very clean car and love those wheels, headlights look good to me , i would love this car just how it is.
A question..
Where did you find 40 and 45mm spacers? My wheels are super sunk on my e39 and i bought 35mm spacers (biggest i could find) and they need like 10 more mm's to be flush...
I am aware you can stack spacers..is that what you have done?

So wheels are not spaced then? Im sorry i know adapters change a bolt
Pattern..but are you saying they are 40 and 45mm thick?
